Pricing
One price. Everything included. Published right here.
Most platforms in this market make you contact sales to learn what anything costs, then quote features as separate line items. We think volunteer directors doing due diligence on a weeknight deserve better.

The fine print, in plain language
How the details work.
Annual minimum
$1,500 per corporation per year. Below roughly 85 units, the minimum applies instead of the per-unit rate — supporting a building well has a fixed cost, and we'd rather price it honestly than cut corners.
90-day paid pilot
Start with a pilot: the mailbox goes live, historical documents are ingested, and your board sees answers from its own records. The pilot fee is credited to your first year if you continue.
Portfolio pricing
Management companies bringing five or more buildings get portfolio pricing — one platform, standardized across the portfolio, configured per building.
Pass-through costs
SMS delivery and payment-processing fees are passed through at cost plus a small margin. They're metered costs, and we'd rather show them than hide them in the rate.
Term
Annual, aligned to your fiscal year — because that's how boards budget. Month-to-month is available at a premium.
Fair use on AI
Board and management use is generously unmetered for normal work. Resident questions are throttled per user rather than paywalled — nobody hits a meter for asking about the party room.
We’ll answer it in writing, and the answer won’t be “book a call.”
